You can see the queue lining along the courtyard fence - and along the Bosphorus strait in bg.

Some shadow/highlight applied - justifiable, because a shower rain started in just an hour;-)

1. Color balance @ midtones : -22Red, +5Green, +29Blue and @ highlights +8Blue
2. increase Saturation by 28
