Intro: Geologue francais (34 ans) base a Oslo en Norvege.
Avant ca, j'ai passe 1 an en Irlande et 5 ans en Afrique du Sud pour mes etudes. Ensuite je suis rentre en France ou j'ai cherche du travail pendant 1.5 ans jusqu'a ce que je trouve ce poste de chercheur a l'Universite d'Oslo.
Maintenant un fervant adepte de la photographie large format, tellement que je prefere porter un sac de 15kg plutot que l'equipement digital bien plus leger. J'apprecie l'aspect contemplatif, la composition sur le verre depolis, et le control total de la profondeur de champ, mais aussi la taille du negatif/positif.

French geologist based in Oslo, Norway, working at the University. Before being here, I've spent 1 year in Ireland, 5 years in South Africa where I got married. Got back to France for 1.5 years looking for a job until I got my present position.
Now very much into large format photography and prefer to walk around with my 15kg camera bag rather than with the much lighter digital equipment. I like the slow and contemplative aspect of it, composing on the ground glass, as well as the large size of the negative and the movements that can allow full control of the depth of field.
