This shot can be a good model for an exquisite painting.
I call this shot "On the way of migration". It is so difficult to put this number of flying birds in the frame.

The blue sky is amazing. I know how close you must have been to the summit to take such a sharp close up. The flares of the clouds on the background add to the beauty of the shot.

Nice lighting there, Maybe you can crop a little bit from the right side to avoid having your main subject in the middle? I made a workshop, hope you like it:)

Perfect lighting on his face, black and white is a good choice, even if the subject is in the middle of the photo, the eyes are in third part of image, which makes the composition good:)
