Photographer's Note

The dance team "Art wave" from Kochi immediately before beginning of their stage in Super Yosakoi Festival at Harajuku Tokyo.
I pushed up the camera to overhead by both hands to take this image without using the view finder.

Tech: cropped a little, and unsharp mask(320%, 0.2, 0).

Quite interesting view. People look all the same, probably just like needles that holds flowers(you know Kenzan), I like the wide angle of this shot, enjoyed the patterns that people make here.

Good angle to cover the whole group of the dancer. Interesting traditional wear which such brilliant white color.
This shot gives the mood of crowdness eventhough the action was not here.

An interesting capture, Hisashi-san. I like the predominence of subtle colours and how the whole group is concentrating on the person talking to them. There's a lot of interesting detail in this photograph. Cheers . . . David

Dear Hisashi, I found this in your "randoms" and had to open it : very surprising and interesting ! If you shot this blindly with a very wide angle, the result is really impressive, it is very sharp and the colours are beautiful, but most of all, this gathering is so great with this interesting crowd, and you were there !

Thanks for sharing this scene which shows us well the traditions of your country! I like the POV and the position of the dancers all dressed the same. I am adding it to the group theme: "National costumes of the world!" I hope you don't mind!
