The National Museum of Bermuda (NMB) is the largest museum in Bermuda and explores Bermuda's history. The museum is located within the grounds of the fortress Keep of the former Royal Naval Dockyard in Sandys Parish on the Ireland Island at the western end of Bermuda.

NMB actively promotes the preservation, understanding and enjoyment of Bermuda’s cultural heritage through education, stewardship, historical, archaeological & scientific research, exhibition, acquisition, public outreach and advocacy. It aspires to be a world-class museum and research facility, inspiring engagement with and protection of Bermuda’s diverse cultural heritage.

the installation of the National Museum of Bermuda in this section of the fortress is well chosen with the canal to adds an other prestige in the whole scene.I like the creative perspective as the good presentation.

Ancient stronghold now became a miseum, nicely maintained its fortified llok from old days, Murat.
Fine shot with distinct contrast. The gangway(bridge) gave good scale upon the scene.

The wall built with nature stone shows very nice see the old wall of the fortress.
The small river and bridge are a lovely addition.
A nice entrance to the museum.

The old fortress looks like the perfect venue for a museum like this. I like the diagonal view across the moat. The textures of the old stone wall are well visible and I also like the reflections.

You can clearly see that this fortress isn’t built for its beauty but for its strength. I think a perfect place for a museum telling about the history of this region with its interesting past.
You picture is an excellent illustration for that.
