Primate Fall, a photo from Rio de Janeiro, Southeast

Photographer's Note

Here one old photo that I took in 2005 with my old Canon XT. This is the second level of the Pimate Fall. There is the uperlevel, but I never went there for photos only for bath.

This pretty fall is located inside the Tijuca Rain Forest. It is a 40min track till there. I used here 3.2 seconds of exposure and a tripod.

anche se la foto risale a qualche anno fa il passare degli anni non ha inciso sulla bellezza di quanto hai ripreso perchи la natura non ha etа.
Oltre alla bellezza del soggetto и da rilevare l'effetto setoso dell'acqua grazie ad un accorto uso del tempo di scatto.
Belli i colori ed eccellente la composizione.

Howdy Andre,

Attractive view of Pimate Fall, with slow shutter speed creating a milky flow over the precipice.

We Yanks usually do not think of your Rain Forests, but rather the typical touristy Rio commercial places.
Like California, obviously "getting out of town" can be rewarding.

A magnificent composition of nature, this beautiful water fall, surrounded by beautiful shades of green with this vegetation, even the rocks with moss on them, give another color tone within the range.
A colorful perfect very natural and well contrasted.
A bright image with optimum clarity.

Hi Andre,
lovely waterfall capture. Nice effect with the long time exposure. Good framing although I would consider taking it a bit wider with including more of the rocks in the foreground.
