The man is cooking halwa (food) for the pilgrims. A bus of pilgrims headed towards Mount Abu for pilgrimage. They get this cook along with the bus with all necessary cooking items like cylinder, ration etc so that they eat pure food.

I am no India knower, this is a very rare way for cooking.
Maybe very tasty for eat his cooking.
A lovely daily life picture with a good cook.

nice the snapshot with the open air seller during the preparation of the halwa for the pilgrims.I like this original shot as the excellent light and colour management of the image.

Good daily life shot with excellent placement of of the elements and nice touche of vivid colours & contrast. The exposure is pleasant but the pavement in the bg looks a bit over exposed which can be toned down easily in PS. Well done, Congrats
