Photographer's Note
Balmy summer evening in SE Alaska. The waters of the Inside Passage as calm and glassy, so the reflection of the setting sun is brilliant. The sky seems to go on forever, and the stillness of a diminishing summer settles in. It's been a great summer here in Alaska, and we'll be sad to see the sun traveling south along the horizon.

Hi Judy,
this is a beautiful sunset and a great reflection. But the best features are of course the wonderful sky and the dark silhouettes of the trees. Thanks for sharing a very fine photo!
