back after a few days skiing in the Swiss alps, we continue with our series on NYC.
This time the famous lady liberty is silhouetted against the waning evening light in NYC harbor. The picture was taken from the brooklyn side of the brooklyn bridge, in the small park underneath the bridge itself.
Until that day I have seen the lady only in Colmar, France from where its constructor Frderic Auguste Bartholdi was from. Colmar is a very pleasing alascian town with lots of charm, situated only 30km from my hometown Basel.
