Photographer's Note
Badab-e Surt is a natural site in Mazandaran Province in northern Iran. It comprises of a range of stepped travertine terrace formations that has been created over thousands of years as flowing water from two different mineral hot springs cooled and deposited carbonate minerals on the mountain side.

Hello Benham - This is a richly captured and fascinating landscape. The detail is excellent with fine textures revealed and good reflections. The colour is a little overdone (for my taste) but a lovely image. Best wishes Rosemary

This is unbelievably charming photo. I love the choice of all the colors and subtle light to highlight the spirit of the place. Absolutly perfect POV and composition.
