a nice general view, but some things could be done to improve. I think your focus is too close. the foreground up to the figure is sharp, but beyond is not so good, and to me you need the figure and beyond to be most importantly in focus for this type of shot. The clouds seem a little hard against the sky, even though the sky colour is not too intense. someone more technical might explain why? I htink a polariser would help you with the glare and give the sky and water a richer tone. hope this is helpful, have a good day and keep clicking
