Photographer's Note
The small park between Stockholm's landmark city hall and Lake Mälaren is adorned with several sculptures by Carl Eldh (1873–1954). Most notable are the graceful pair of a male singer and a female dancer. The nakedness of these statues initially caused strong protests, says Wiki.
This picture shows a detail of the dancer with the city of Stockholm on the other side of the frozen lake.

Hi Benny!
I like the composition and the subject, it's very gentle, with just one photoraph you're saing so much about your town : it's 'she', it's fragile and ..it's got nice buttocks;) ..just kidding... oh, about these buttocks - see workshop!

Hello Benny !!
You know I had the same reaction than you : so glad to have my shot near a nice post like yours, B&W also and so thoughtful one. I couldn't react as fast as you because I'm at my work but I thought it.
I find very interesting B&W for shots including snow and statue like this. A really good choice.
Contrasts and DOF are good, the composition is well balanced, the format is elegant. A good one for me !
Have a nice day.

Good DOF and balancing
A fine choice in black and white
great resolution for such a high ISO

Hi Benny
this is a great shot to me: Stockholm out of focus, in the BG, sounds like an interpretation more than a simple snapshot, putting the statue in the FG you did something really creative.
Well done!
have a good day

Wish you had worked the crop a little bit...perhaps the left half of the body be totally cropped so as to bring out the curve around the hips and the hands could strengthen the visual..the idea is maybe not to state the obvious but this is just a personal aspect..i like this too..

Hello Benny!
That's a beautiful photograph!
Pov, slim vertical format and black&white were superb choices here!
The composition with the statue in the fg and the buildings in the bg is quite attractive!
I really like the visual results!
TFS - congratulations!

Hello Benny,
You succeeded to get interesting comments on this photo so that we can conclude it is a successful shot.
From your serie about this artwork, I prefer this one. Mainly because of the right balance in the composition and grey contrast and shape between the artwork and the town in background. It is not only a pure photo of artwork but it shows how it interacts with the environment.
Moreover I feel the 'Magritte' crop is good with the ambiance of the photo providing a bit of mystery. To my mind photo is not to show the reality but to show a reality, seen by the photographer. It is what you did here.
Yves.

Hi Benny,
Very nice POV :) It is a muse ing. Okay, not the top notch quality shot, but a well worth effort and the atmsosphere of the winter mood is well capture a sense of hummer. Makes me smile, that count for something.
