Photographer's Note
This is a picture of the Norman Keep in Colchester, as you can see from the Tulips it was shot in the spring. I got down nice and low to add the perspective of the flowers in the foreground.
This is my first on TE and would like to say thanks for the comments already received. Always looking to improve.

very non-Uk landscape. you did a nice shot, the tulips are beautiful and the contrast with the church is very good.

Good morning Paul!
What a lovely sight - especially when looking out of my window! The chosen angle for the presentation of this wonderful building really is skillful and these spring flowers simply are a feast for the eyes.
However, a short note would be good here - only a few words!
Greetings from Germany - and "Welcome to TrekEarth"!

Hi Paul,
Great first shot! I like the details you have presented in the building, and the flowers in the foreground add some depth and colour. An explanatory note would have made it even better.
Welcome to TE!

Hi Paul!
Nice building, good lounge. A little over-colored and the flowers in the foreground is not sharp enough. Of course, I know, all the lenses has its own problems. The building is remarkable, the great point of view.

Csaba
