I agree with your comment about Honfleur, which I spent a few days in during June. I didn't get up as early as you to take some shots, though!
The photo is well composed from this angle of view. The water looks beautifully still and the scene is really luminous. But your file is much too small, both in dimensions and file size. It could be as much as 800 pixels along the longer edge or both if it's square, and the file can be up to 300kb - yours is only 45kb. This means that the picture is not only small but the quality is degraded from file compression and lacks sharpness. This kind of photo needs to be sharp. Next time you prepare a photo for uploading change the image size to between 700 and 800 pixels along the longer side, and save the .jpg file so that it is between 200kb and 300kb - this will give you a much better shot to display.
