It's interesting to see close-up photos of Machu Picchu like this one. Typically people post only wide angle images of the place.

Curious image, different form the very classical shot of all the photographers in Macchu Picchu (as already noticed by Linas).
I can therefore appreciate those rocks interrupting terraces! I never noticed them before.

A trip in Machu Picchu is in my bucket list of places to visit hopefully in this life time. Though it is somehow similar to our rice terraces in the context of its ancient form each unique history differs one from the other.

This is so close to our 'Rice Terraces' in the Philippines. I love it. The green plants blend in to the color of the rocks. Good job.
