Photographer's Note

Santiago the capital of Chile has as a backdrop view the "Cordillera de los Andes" at this time of the year covered in snow. Every day the sun rises behind the mountains...and calls up loud: "Santiago wake up !"

Robert esta composicion is excelente. Me gusta mucho el marco, los colores intensos del amanecer iluminando la nieve sobre la cordillera. Muy interesante angulo de toma con las montanas recayendo hacia la derecha. Buen trabajo :-)

Isto deve ter sido um dia muito claro. Quanto estive em Santiago em no fim de Novembro, princнpio de Dezembro do ano passado, quase nгo se podia ver a Cordilheira dos Andes.
Hoje й um nascer do sol maravilhoso, com cores muito bonitas. Gosto muito.

I will start here. Beautiful golden tones...unreal. The clouds rolling down the hill add so much momentum to the photo. I like the darlk line of clouds at the top as a natural frame. Stunning.

Exelente trabajo Robert, los colores son incendiarios, da ganas de conocer este lugar. Me encanta los contrastes, como lo lograste? Me parece irreal pero de todas formas, aun si la trabajaste un poco, esta foto es magnifica.

Another wonderful shot Robert. This shot has a lot of movement to it; you can almost see the clouds moving across the sky. I love you colors and the perspective--it's not too often that you see a sunrise/sunset shot taken looking down at the subject. Where was this taken from? Nice job.
