Photographer's Note

This is the estuary of what is know as Bourne Creek which is completely cut off from the sea at low tide and perhap, by the look of it at high tide too. Behind my camera is the trestle bridge in my previous post.

Bourne Creek is near Kilcunda which is a seaside town in Victoria. It is located 117km southeast from Melbourne on the Bass Highway in the Bass Coast Shire of Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. Situated along the rugged coastline between Phillip Island and Wonthaggi, Kilcunda offers excellent fishing, surfing and swimming beaches.

This was taken during a TE outing in the company of Steve, Santo, Andrew and Philip.
