Photographer's Note

I was watching the Anzac Day Parade in Brisbane when we were deafened by this Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) flyover. There was no time to compose the scene nor make any adjustments. Considering the camera was set on manual I was pleasantly surprised with the results. The white cloud and the jets were a little over-exposed and I have adjusted this. If I had of had time to compose the image hopefully I would have included the kangaroo as well as the emu which appear on the Australian Coat of Arms and can be seen at the top of the building to the left.

The 2 RAAF fighter jets flying in formation are on the left an aged and about to be retired F-111 and on the right it's replacement a brand new F-18 Super Hornet.
