Sandstone at Dee Why, a photo from New South Wales, East

Photographer's Note

Taken at Dee Why Beach. Hopefully we can all ignore the overexposure, purple fringing etc at the top of the photo. *8-) Yeah, I could have cropped it I suppose. The day was overcast so the colors are duller than they could have been.

Postprocessing:
Small amount of shadow reduction.
Small amount of color saturation boost.
Unsharp mask - almost unnoticeable amount.

Beautiful Sydney sandstone. I like the texture too, and how the plants hang on wherever they can.

Well seen Dean - beautiful shapes, colours and textures. Maybe could do with a little pp boost in saturation. And I think I'd crop all the sky. Nice shot though - well done.
