Hay Street Mall, Perth City.

This young girl playing the sax greets me almost every time I venture through the city.

Her father watches on with pride from a small distance, some people stay for a minute to listen and then continue on, some stay for a little longer and give some money, while other people just walk on by as if she was playing in silence.

Great idea to make her the only one with the face. The crowd is full of the anonymous people - faceless. A bit of a shame about the person in the back showing hjer face.

Beautiful crop for this beautiful composition Brendan, it perfectly leads our looks on the girl, also I like how the peaple aroud her seems completely indifferent ... but she still playing...

Nice. I'm surprised it hasn't made it into the favorites section yet.
I think your view and crop are fantastic. You managed to have all these people going in and out the frame, yet without obstructing our view of the girl.
I actually like the girl in the back: adds even more depth to the photo.
Nice colors and frame as well.
