Bonjour Leslie,
Une très belle construction d'image. Le point de vue sur le rond point est parfait et très symétrique. J'aime aussi l'architecture des maisons très australienne.
Bon samedi

Hello Les,
This is a delightful photograph of what looks to be a delightful small Australian town.
Your composition is excellent and has made the very best advantage of the lovely light falling on the front of that lovely Georgian building and the cobblestoned roundabout with its antique lamppost makes an excellent foreground feature.
Lovely light and fine colours, perfect exposure and, as always, exquisite details and sharpness.
Beautiful!
Kind Regards,
John.
P.S. But, always the sleuth, I have a couple of points to make here. The first one is relevant to your location - this is Victoria, Australia (as you state in your note) and not Tasmania (though I know you certainly have visited there).
The other point is that, if you look for Beechworth in Wikipedia, you will clearly see a big mistake - there's a picture there of a red building which is purported to be the Bank of Victoria but most definitely isn't. Looking at Google maps, that building is on Ford Street while your bank (the real one!) is on Camp Street though very close to the roundabout with Ford Street. Now it's quite easy to post pictures on Wikipedia (I've done it once or twice before) so why not post your picture there? It's good fun and then the whole wide World can see it - not just the few who look at TE!

Hi Les,
This is a great study shot on the town and in particular this fine old bank. Perfectly positioned in the frame, it really dominates. The building reminds me of a grand old city Mansion, and the roundabout almost plays to part of the garden of such a place. The light falling on it is perfect bringing out every line of the brickwork.
I've never been to Australia but I would not expect this kind of classical facade on many buildings there. It is s tricking difference in design in comparison to the buildings leading away on each side, the building to the immediate right of the bank look almost gothic.
I would normally strive to have no people in my shots, but here they are a very important part too, it gives a nice lived in vibe to the place, especially the little crowd on the left. Very cool photo, I imagine the banks owners would really like this.cheers

Hi Leslie
Such a clean crisp shot portraying the cute looking old town caught on a brill day with some interesting historic buildings from end to end of frame. Great how the word 'BAKERY' and people presence both I find, drawing the eye as strong anchor points and I purely love the colours, depth and exposure handling. Indeed a very well performed shot, Congrats and tfs
Best regards

Hello Les,
A well composed image with the clear blue sky making a delightful backcloth for all that lovely colonial architecture. Very agreeably illuminated with excellent colours and clarity.
