Early Morning at Denali. This is the first view of the big one as you enter the Park. It's another 80 miles or so to the end and then all the way back to a late dinner at camp.

Gosh, this is a good shot Ned, I'd be tempted to crop the dark foreground, just to see if it improves the composition even more.

Hi Ned, I love the scenery, and the way the high mountains seem to float on the cloud. I am also a little disturbed by the dark foreground however. I did a little workshop for you, trying to make use of what I have learnt here so far... See what you think.

Le ciel et les montagnes, magnifique. Je trouve un peu trop foncй l'avant-plan, mais magnifique photo, claire prйcise. Bravo belle rйussite.
The sky and the mountains, magnificent. I find too much bored the front-plan, but magnificent photo, clear clarifies. Bravo beautiful success.

It's big- I agree that a small crop might help but it is still really a good shot.

An impressive sight, it is well taken in photograph, I like the clouds and well on snow at the bottom.

Great shot Ned:
This definitely shows how monstrous McKinley is! Denali seems like it was drawn/painted in white...as if it isn't really there! I like this photo alot because it shows the different heights of the ranges.
