Great use of strong diagonals and soft lighting - though the reflections are rather strong. Even though you've placed the horizon and the dock on the center line, it still works, because the shoreline acts as a second divisor and adjusts the balance.

I know just where this is and marvel at the golden tones and star effect on the lamps. Nicely done and see many additional composition opportunities right where you were standing, like a tighter shot just of the reflections.
