Photographer's Note
This is a composite of 4 pictures of the bridge pylon's base, in different point of view and a photo of the promenade or terrace below the pylon. There is one old man staring intently at the modern sculpture in front of him (not in picture). I made it into black and white format because the original has really no color to it, just the white bridge structure and the blue sky.
PP Work: Combined all processed pictures (one layer for each) into one white canvas, then merged all layers and framed.

Andre, very interesting composite, beautiful images. I think the individual images should also stand on their right, they are also powerful by themselves. Very nice concept and works well. I like the tiny human being in the bottom left photo.

Hi Andre, a very distinctive shot, very well presenrted, and a very neat composition. Indeed each one would be a nice picture itself, but presented in thsi way, it is stronger, IMO.
I like the inclusion of that one human being.

An interesting series on this unique bridge, Andre. This is an appealing quadruple presentation for which the b&w gives an elegant look and allows to focus on the contrasts and the shapes, as well as on the interplay of light and shadows. All four individual photos are good, perhaps my favorite is the one with the single person positioned against the graphical surroundings. Well done.

These are all excellent plays with shapes and lighting. They are all very graphic in appearance. You certainly saw the graphic forms in this bridge very well. The use of black and white really adds to that graphic sensation. The upper right is excellent for the way the light reflects off the surface. The lower left offers a nice pattern in light and shade and scale in the person who is dwarfed by the structure. And my favorite is the lower left with excellent use of the shapes as patterns, the lines on the structure and the lines of the cables. Excellently seen and captured on all four.

A wonderful polytych! Great BW toning on this bridge, I find the entire presentation very aesthetically pleasing. The inclusion of the man in the lower left frame, in the lower left of the frame is particularily inspired.
Were all these shots taken at the same time, or did you keep coming back? What bridge was it and who designed it?
