Guggenheim Museum New York City, a photo from New York, Northeast

Photographer's Note

Being an architecture student, i had grown up seeing the pictures of projects of Sir frank lyod Wright, specially the falling waters and the guggenheim museum. so when i finally got an opportunity to shoot the "monument" i wanted my photograph to be a little "different" from the ones that i had seen before.

Nice subject and the umbrellas add some reality to the shot and show the size of the architecture.

a composition is a real revelation! colours're nice for eyes.
very beautiful lines and cuves do from this photo very artistic "landscape" .

La photo est remarquable par son graphisme donnй par les courbes du bвtiment. Les parasols sont lа en contrepoint pour allиger le tout. Excellente photo.

- Coloque sua cвmera em introduзгo...
- Visite sempre os membros para dar uma crнtica principalmente nos que estгo sem ou pouca, aqui existe uma espйcie de retribuiзгo entre os membros! Observando (e criticando) erros e acertos de outros membros traz muito aprendizado!
- Faзa uso do workshop.
- Coloquem sempre mais de 4 linhas em NOTAS. Isso habilita dar pontos pelos membros, ou seja habilita o USEFUL!
- Aproveite o que й permitido no Site: atй 800 pixels em um dos lados da foto. Atй 200 Kbs no tamanho do arquivo!
- Leia o SOBRE (e FAQ)!

- Always visit the members to give a critic, here it exists a type of retribution among the members! Observing (and criticizing) mistakes and successes of other members bring a lot of learning!
- Make use of the workshop.
- Always put more than 4 lines in NOTES. That enables to give points for the members, or be enables USEFUL!
- Take advantage what is allowed in Site: until 800 pixels in one on the sides of the picture. Until 200 Kbs in the size of the file!
- Read ABOUT (and FAQ)!

I like the graphic feel of this shot - in fact I might have been tempted to make it even more so, by cropping out the umbrellas at the bottom of the shot. Good lighting, the shadows really empahsise the shapes.
