Photographer's Note
Looking south from near the top of Peralta Trail.
Peralta Trail is one of the most popular in the Superstition Wilderness Area of the Tonto National Forest.
The image was slightly cropped to reduce the amount of sky and mountain to the right. It was also sharpened.

Hi, I like the natural colors here and you picked a great time of day to shoot, the effect from the mists and silhouettes of the hilltops makes for a great photo. You could probably bring out more detail in the foreground by adjusting the brightness some, but I think that the darkness does add a nice effect to accentuate the hazy peaks, which are the key to the shot.

Welcome to TE Mark. A very fine landscape for your first posting. Very well controlled exposure, leaving a good range of tones in the receeding hills. Maybe I'd have cropped the sky tighter here, since not much of interest there.

Very nice endless landscape. An infinity of well recorded mountain's levels. Congratulations ..

Welcome to TE, Mark.
Classic composition! Could use it for a classroom illustration.
