Lady in the Chocolate Store, a photo from New York, Northeast

Photographer's Note

I was sitting drinking a expresso and eating some cookies when I saw this pretty lady waiting to be attend. Since the store have much yellow/red colors I reduced saturation a bit to have this warm soft colors. I tried a black and white edition, but I donґt like much the result.

Here we were at the Jacques Torres Chocolate Store, located in Rockefeller Building basement level. The cookies with peanut butter are very dellicious. I dream everyday to return there to eat more. But I saw in his site the store is closed and only four are working being two Grand Central terminal.

Jacques Torres is a French pastry chef and chocolatier. Torres is a member of the International Culinary Center community, as Dean of Pastry Arts as well as holding pastry demonstrations.

Ciao Andre',espresso and chocolate, it seems to be in Italy..eheh..but the lady is undecided, maybe she is greedy for chocolate but she is also thinking about the consequences on her diet..ehhe .. very nice and original post, a great gift for a barman like me.Have a nice weekend and thanks,Luciano
