BRYCE CANYON (XIV)!
The main reason I went to LAS VEGAS was to visit its surroundings (nearby or not).
BRYCE CANYON was another wonderful geographical spot I knew since childhood (from some geography books my parents bought for me) that I always wanted to visit, to know, to see it for real! Thus, this trip included it because it was reasonably close to the GAMBLING CITY and, thanks GOD, it was such a beautiful day spent there!
Before arriving to the National Park, you already see all the natural beauties that are waiting for you in there! Then, driving along a pretty nice paved road, you get to know all the wonderful views that location can offer to its visitors! It had snowed the day before (I even drove at night for the first time in my whole life while we were having some light snowfall). The result of that, was remaining white details all over the place!
I spent around 8 hours there... taking lots of pictures and also enjoying the views, the place itself, feeling it just like I always do in places like those!
This picture was taken at the end of my stay there... the sun was going down so quickly and the darkness was coming up so fast... last chances to click and have those images frozen forever!!!!

Hello Ney,
The old gnarled tree makes a wonderful frame for this fantastic landscape, which would not look out of place on Mars:-) Excellent light management complemented by superb colours and textures.

Stunning view over Bryce river canyon here. The landscape is spectacular, the colors superb and the sky gorgeous. The lonely tree is the perfect anchor point from where to start and explore the scene.
But what is that white stuff on the flanks of the mountains? It can't be snow, so is it salt?
have a great sunday
Daniel

Hello Neyvan,
Nature has many faces. Bryce Canyon is one of the most beautiful, unusual looking areas of the world.
Very nicely captured. Especially the clouds over the cliff I like very much. Hmmm ... when I think about ... actually I like iverything in this picture! :-)

Hi Ney,
I just love this!
The strongly positioned tree is guide, providing initial interest and, then, a wonderful sense of depth to the colourful, rugged canyon beyond.
As you say, it was a splendid day!
Have a lovely day, today,
Bev :-)

Hello Neyvan
An amazing view of the spectacular Bryce Canyon, with its myriad of red spires or 'hoodoos'. I like the fg tree with adds depth and nicely frames the incredible bg scene. It also provides a framing device and adds graphism. Good saturation and density levels. Tfs!
