Photographer's Note
Today, I continue with my theme of "prehistoric gadgets" from Valley of Fire State Park. This rock formation reminded me of a bullet train. What do you think?
More information on this park may be found in the note for my photo Prehistoric Star Trek, which is gleaned from the park's website. (Map location shows the Visitor Center.)
PS - An alternate view is provided in the workshop.

Interesting concept, Murat, and I can certainly see the resemblance here. Good color and sharpness.

Hi Murat
Indeed it looks like a historic bullet train. The question is, how fast was it running? I like the layers of the rock in all different colour hues and the high sharpness. Well done
Warm regards
Urs

Hello Murat,
really the rock foramtion is looks like as a coming and rapidly running train.I like the colour tints of the rocks as the excellent light and colour management of the image.
Regards,Danos
PS nice your WS with the scipper out of the frame but i place him there because of his red t-shirt.

Hi Murat
It's positively rock-eting along! I've been on bullet trains in Japan, Korea and China so I can easily see the resemblance. Good warm cold color contrasts between the yellow red sandstone and the blue sky. Have a great weekend!

Howdy Murat,
Intriguing 'bullet train' fossil, and actually does resemble a locomotive, especially after some Cannabis Sativa, or wine coolers?
I was originally attracted to your title, since I worked many moons for the rail transportation office of the Calif Dept of Transportation.
And the Valley of Fire is a favorite escape for me from the craziness of Vegas.
Congratulations on a fine image,
Cheers,
Ray
PS: Do not despair over TE's removal of images. Their policy is hit and miss and often probably do to a member complaining. I have had numerous photos arbitrarily deleted including a model at the beach because a member tattled: "It was my wife" ... I wish!

Hi Murat,
This is mysterious base rock as your theme of "prehistoric gadgets, so we can see the many layers from the lump of red rock. I saw same spectacle of rock mountain at Sedona, Arizona before, and surprised its nature. Well captured and excellent tone/clarity. And, you catch a good formation of this rock in WS.
Kind regards,
mikio

Indeed Murat, it looks as an imaginary Bullet-train locomotive, but besides this - the red/brown orange/beige tones are stunning nature's sight, the shape, texture and geological-layers are an open air museum.
Bravo for this beauty, have a nice weekend, and my wishes for 2017.
Ike
