Photographer's Note

I have mentioned before that it is hard to decide which of the National Parks in the Colorado Plateau is the most spectacular but probably the right answer is: Bryce Canyon National Park.
Both the rock formations and colors are extraordinary in the whole area. In my previous upload from the Capitol Reef you can see for example layers of red rocks interchanged with a green rock layer. Still the intensively orange color of Bryce is the most unusual and at sunrise the rocks seem to glow or burn.
This photograph was taken at the sunrise from the Sunset Point at the structure which is called the Amphitheater. I was tempted to enhance it with the HDR but I decided to keep it without any extra PP.
