Photographer's Note

Hello TE members,
This is a sunset shot. It was so much fun to watch the clouds roll by and the colors of the sky change as the sun was setting. The sun was setting to the left of this image. A few moments later the clouds were pink. This was taken off the highway up a ways from Ridgeway, Colorado. I don't know the name of the peak and when I looked on a map it was hard to tell because there are several in the same area but it is near the Dallas Divide. This area is a scenic byway and is the same highway that leads to Telluride although Telluride is another 30 miles up the road.
I went to this area to see and photograph the fall colors but I think I was about a week too soon for the real great color display. All in all, it was a good trip and I saw some very beautiful countryside.
I think I zoomed in to 105 with my lens. I added contrast to the bottom portion in Lightroom.
Please enjoy my photo.
