Photographer's Note
This is part of my second assignment for my introductory photography class. The assignment was to use f-stop, distance from subject, and lens focal length to create both minimum and maximum depth of field.
The statue is a grave stone in a local cemetary. Now that I have already posted the image, I am noticing that it looks a little muddy. The print that I scanned isn't so muddy and has a little more punch. After scanning, I adjusted the levels to get the brightness and contrast to be similar to the print. I would welcome workshops.

I like this composition and I think you accomplished your class objective with it. On my monitor, however, it appears to have a haze which takes away from its clarity. I tried a workshop on your photo to see if I could remove that haze.

I like how it is darker in the left back of this image and slowly dissipates. Nice clarity, though I agree that there is a slight haze to it.
