Wow, what colors! This is one of the most spectacular sunsets I've seen, and I'm a big fan of sunsets. It might have been better if you got closer to a foregorund object and used a silhoette, but it's impossible to go wrong with this sky. Well done!

Hello Pat! I like yours very much, especially the sky, it's much warmer than mine. The silhouetted grasses at the bottom make a great partial frame and they are so sharp. Well done!

Hi Pat,
Beautiful golden sunrise with a dreamy pattern to the clouds. The silhouetted islands in the bay make a wonderful contrast to the rich shades of gold.

This image is very nice and a bit different than Doug's. I would have never thought to get down in the grass to shoot a sunrise. I guess being without a tripod forces us to adapt to the conditions. Your image works! Bravo!

The blue in the water, sky and even mountains make the picture almost transparant.

This is a real beauty Pat. I have no idea why you would hesitate to post it. The colours are simply stunning and with the reflected light on the lake too. The fg grasses frame the colours well and there is just enough silhouette. Well done

even if I am not a big fan of sunset , i must adthat this one is quite good, i do like the hues of the orange/red in the sky as well as the relections on the water.

now this looks like melted amber covered with honey and gold dust with a little fire on top :) another shot in your collection with fantastic light, but the mood is so very different from the photo of Danish wind turbines I just commented. I agree with other comments about the excellent composition, the black grass in the foreground does work well as a natural frame. superb work, my compliments.
