Photographer's Note
View of Weaver's Needle about 10 minutes after the rising sun first touched the top of the needle. I'd surprised myself by reaching Peralta Pass (top of the Peralta Trail) before the sun hit the mountain. I took a couple of shots then, but had zoomed-in on the needle and the composition wasn't as good.
