Shavers Creek is situated around 10 miles from State College. It is a beautiful place with a calm lake. Boating is allowed. In the fall this is one of the most colorful of places, with each tree taking on a million colors.

Is the climate cold here? The rusty and onion colours with the blend of orange make it a nice snap. Mist in the background gives the impression of cold climate.
