The lights of a traveling carnival carousel gave a nice background to the La Paz Malecon, where people walk, jog, skate, and bicycle in the cool evenings.

The relatively slow shutter speed give the cyclists a ghost like appearance as they pass the brightly lit carousel. I like the effect.

I have posted many pictures of carousel also, that one is original I like the blurred effect of the guys on the cycles, you were very prompt to take it
