This pyramid is rumored to be built by a dwarf magician who hatched from a sorcerer's egg and grew to maturity in one day.
Based out of Ticul we were able to tour five ruins that day- exhausting! But well worth it since admission was free on Sundays.

Very striking photo, Erik, and the vantage point from which you took it emphasises the sense of mystery and serenity of the place. The image is a bit soft and could do with some sharpening, though. But I really like it!

Very impressive and interesting structure. I like you angle, which allows us to see both some details and the pyramid and it environment (which provides perspective as well). A bit blurry though...
