This is one of the Cirque Du Soleil tents in Old Montreal. Cirque Du Soleil is known as a modern circus and they have various themed shows all over the world. They were founded in 1984 in Quebec, Canada and is based in Montreal. In the background, the domed building is the Bonsecours Market.

Hi Harjit,
Great shot with outstanding colors and the features of Old Montreal. I really like the tall blue and white tent and how it is balanced off with the silver dome on the left. Good composition and POV. Excellent work and thanks for sharing. Gerald

Interesting composition of rooftops. I like the way they are all juxtapositioned in this photo. The tent of course draws most of our attention, but then we notice the rest of the city behind it. Nice shot.

Excellent POV and composition integrating very well the tents and the building o the background. The light is good, the sky has all the nice details and the colors are vivid. Nice shot.

Hi Harjit,
A luminous view thanks to good highlights, I like the exact framing of the two main rising structures, the temporary one and the usual one, plus the circus tent adds new colors in the urban set. Hope you had great fun at the meeting it's nice to see such events developping west of the big pond too.

Hello Harjit! It's hard to ignore the converging lines and great colors of that large tent.But then you notice the interesting domed building behind it and the statue to the right all making a very interesting city scene.

Great composition bringing them all together.

Nice contrast of bright and pale colours. The two circus seem well located to create a contrast to the classical architecture of old Montreal. Good use of natural light and perfect angle to capture the market and circus. Thanks Harjit.

A colurful shot worth enjoying. The inverted cone against the background of dome attracts and the statue on the right side seems to be yelling......."Do you like the colours?"

Hi Harjit;

There's no mistaking that tent is there...

I've only seen to Cirque shows; one in Singapore and one in Vancouver. I was absolutely blown away. Almost like that magic feeling of going to the circus as a child which wears off as an adult- Cirque manages to bring out that inner child in us all.

Nice composition as it seems to be right downtown. Little tiny bit of visible noise in the image, but nothing Neat Image could not sort out. Rich colors and a nice compo Harjit.
