It would have been fun, and maybe a bit scary, to be in that plane. It's a great photo, perfectly timed and exposed and with fine sharpness. Above all it's a bit dramatic and very eye-catching.

This would be something I never saw - a plane landing on a snow, Pierre (just because we do not have snow in Israel's coastal plaines).
Excellent capture with the blown-up flakes behind the craft. Picture is clear and distinct.

Bonjour Pierre,
Il est prйfйrable de ne pas s'approcher trop prиs de la piste ici si vous ne voulez pas avoir toute cette neige froide sur votre visage.
Ce doivent кtre des atterrissages spectaculaires, surtout pour ceux qui sont dans l'avion.

I don't usually bother commenting on planes taking off or landing unless there is something special and for this one the "something special" is very obvious. A good one of this landing in the snow.
