Photographer's Note

A blend of colours captured in the early spring sunset at one of the Pitt River's irrigation channels. While crossing a bridge over the river arm, I simply could not resist the marvellous light reflection in the water. In the middle of the scene there are visible three adventurous women taking a tour by kayaks. This shot was taken on a smart mobile phone, I hope, you will enjoy it too. Have a meaningful, reflective time over Easter!!!

In the proper position I would say for this image. A painter would love to have this view. I guess that's why we use cameras. less mess and much quicker. Nice capture of natures art that was set before you.

A terrific sunset with nice reflections of the clouds in the water. The dual banks of the channel add superb diminishing linear perspective. Tfs!

The sky is captured beautifully in the irrigation channel. Lovely symmetry with the channel leading us to the setting sun.

What a beautiful sunset photo!
This is how sunset photos should be - with a little extra interest, in this case the great reflections and the kayakers.
