Hi Michal,
I suppose it's a "DRI shot", and that's why it looks a bit "surealist" ?!
A lot of purists don't like this technic, but for my part I like it, so congrats :-)

Hello Michal,
I like this picture with something different (I learned from Thomas' critique above that it is a DRI shot). Very interesting the contrast between the old buildings and the traffic signs very visible (looks intentional). I also like the bags on the lateral wall of the stairs - I suppose they are your lens and camera's bags - they are another sign of reality, in contrast of the painting mood.
Very beautiful.
Your note is also very important to compose the "atmosphere".
