good photo, lothar. i like the lighting and pov. i might have done a little cropping.
This is actually "la stade Olympic" built for the 1976 Olympic games and only just recently paid for after numerous cost overruns and a monstrously expensive (and never functioning) retractable roof.
still, it's a very impressive building if thoroughly impractical. there are discussions currently underway about its future. one option is to tear it down.
