Photographer's Note

This view captures the Credit River and Lake Ontario. On the horizon the bright lights are coming from the fishing boats. In the foreground you can see Black-Eyed Susan plants. The Credit River is a popular spot for fishermen, birdwatchers, and for enjoying nature walks. It flows through the heart of Mississauga from north of Caledon to Lake Ontario. The light is artificial; it comes from the sidewalk lamp.

Simple but very effective. I like that the flowers are the subject of a night shot, even though have drooped and gone to bed. It's a nice composition with bright, simple colors. TFS. Regards, TW

Bonjour Ziggy,
ca, j'aime beaucoup, cette heure bleue, un ciel dont la couleur bleutйe ferait davantage ressortir les ranges du premier plan, qu'un ciel noir.
Une photo qui grace au POV , ne manque pas de profondeur.
Une ambiance de calme comme je les aime.

hello Ziggy,
nothing beats golden light during the blue hour, and this photo is a great example. I like a lot how the lamp light brings out the flowers in the foreground, while the taller grass adds depth to the scene. excellent work, my compliments.

Witaj, Fajne mocne kolory, podoba mi się kontrast pomarańcdzowego z niebieskim. U nas czarnooka Zuzanna to takie pnącze (Thunbergia alata). Tu wygląda na Rudbekię, ale w niesamowitej ilości. Pozdrawiam

Ziggy, what an interesting shot, flowers while asleep, nice change from the ordinary. The lamp light may have added some of the yellow but it is a nice composition.
