On our way back from Cap Breton, I spotted an old farm by the road. This was the last time that I'll be seeing it, and as I passed by, I spotted this roaster walking toward the truck, with ducks resting under it. I waited maybe 1 minute and the roaster came by itself into the frame. Loved the colours and the lighting was just perfect. Guess sometimes you made your own luck!

Good eye! You have created an interesting composition out this fairly ordinary farm scene. I love the rooster. He really stands out. The colors are very saturated and real looking. Great shot. What are all the ducks doing under the truck? I guess they just wanted some shade :-)

j'aime bien cette image ou le vehicule prend toute la place mais se fait voler la vedette par ce gang de canards cachй dessous et ce rutilant coq a tete de coquelicot!

Hello Robert, nice choice with the tighter crop on the vivid blue truck. The rooster definitely adds a great point of interest in this composition as well, glad you waited!
