Birds watching the sunset, a photo from Istanbul, Marmara

Photographer's Note

I took this picture on the ferry while i was turning back to home from work.I know these birds for such a long time as they fly all day long and when the day is finishing they sit on that artificial harbour an watch the sunset.I think they really like the sunset at bosphorus :)

Cool pic Mustafa! Excellent graphical quality to this. I don't like the black bars on the top and bottom though.

I like the abstract and somewhat noisy quality to this pic a lot. Great simple colours and figures. Really powerfull!
I think i'd crop down a bit of the top bar though.

A fine idea and well done! Simplicity is often the best. Nice warm color too. The dark band on top and bottom, are they original or are they a frame? Not that it matters - just curious.

A superb minimalist take on "a bird on a wire". I fancy the way you composed it like a panorama as well. The birds seem to have a good time ;-)

Colors and the silhouttes are very good. A good capture Mustafa. Well done. I missed the Bosphorus too much.:))

Simple, effective composition, and nice colors. Clever choice of resolution. I agree with RandomCameraGuy, this is little strange frame, but not so bad, gives to photo some movie impression.
I do little changes in WorkShop.

Beautiful picture, Mustafa, very graphic and inventive.
Are the black bars natural ? I suppose you added them, I don t know if I like them or not. They give a movie effect to your photo.
