Photographer's Note
A view from the teahouse atop the cliff overlooking what was once the Tigris River, now the Ilisu Dam. At right is the ancient Roman Bridge with a coffer dam around the support. At left is a citadel. The caves at the base have been flooded along with 80% of the town. The Zetnel Bey Tomb previously uploaded can be seen left of centre on the opposite northern bank of the river. It was shifted to higher ground by a Korean firm in 2017.

Hello Chris,
I can see how you like to create depth by including these f/g features.
The view beyond is well captured and well explained in your notes; the details are clear with nicely saturated colours.
Have a good w/e,
Bev :-)

Hello Chris, an excellent shot of this panorama, which is now presumably under water; so this is a real piece for the archive.
The sharp quality is superb.

Bonjour Chris,
L'étendue de l'endroit crée de la profondeur. La prise de vue permet de voir les détails des ruines de l'ancien pont et de la citadelle. La qualité de la lumière embellit les couleurs de l'image. Bonne journée.

Hello Chris,
Wonderful panorama with the various monuments scattered across the landscape.
The distance between the rock with the citadel and the mountains in the background add much depth to the picture.
Very good composition, sharpness and attractive colours.
