One more shot of my ballooning experience over Cappadocia. At one stage we got beyond 1,000 meters. Now, back at home, in the comfort of my study, I find it hard to believe. Yet, the memories are strong and the vision indelible. This shot was taken as we floated quite low over these fabulous formations.

Wow! What a remarkable landscape. Those formations are superb! I really like the highlights and shadows over the region and also the contrasts in colour of the landscape and the balloon. I'm not sure about the centring of the balloon, but it looks cool, almost as if it was cut and pasted there :)

wow. what a sight and what an experience it must have been for you! i envy you. great POV! a very well composed foto and i find the rythm of color patches of the baloon to match the pattern of the rock spikes very well. well seen and captured!

Beautiful - the low angle of the sunlight has brought all the shapes and textures in this amazing landscape, and has given the image a very attractive warmth.
I think it would have worked better with a less central placement of the balloon, but I like it nontheless.

Hi Klaudio. Last drop of whatever squeezed from the balloons, eh! One of the best of the epic series, too. Although I prefer the balloon to be towards a corner a little. It's the colours and the light and shade in this one that make it so excellent, particularly the definition of the strange rock forms.

I've never been hot air ballooning, but I'd like to give it a try. I'm quite impressed- 1000 meters?!?! WOW!
I like this shot as the time of day has given us some nice shadows over the unique landscape, which contrasts nicely with the brightly colored balloon.

PoV is all the "money" here, Klaudio, but this is no wonder, given it was taken from a balloon... Colours are stunning, and you have got a favorable light to work with... Don't know if I like the central position of the balloon here though...

What I can see in the shot is that the magnificent formation stand and the balloon is the observer. The contrast between the colors and the grey earth is great and the balloon is well placed in the frame.

Aaah beautiful with the colours and shadows, how can i forget this, early morning delight, the volcano Erycus which traps the sunrise, surreal, thanks for taking me back.
