Photographer's Note
On holiday in Olu Deniz in Turkey this October, we went on a boat trip. Whilst moored up on a beach a small boat pulled up along side and there was a mother and son selling filled pancaked. The son was controlling the boat and had the patter, and the mother was preparing and cooking the pancakes on the boat.
The concentration on the mothers face was so intense i found her facinating.
