Yцrьk Ali Efe (d. 1895, Sultanhisar – ц. 23 Eylьl 1951, Bursa), Kurtuluş Savaşı sırasında 16 Haziran 1919' da Malgaз Baskını ile dьşmana ilk darbeyi vurmak suretiyle Aydın yцresinde dьşman kuvvetlerinin ilerlemesini durdurmuş olan efedir.

Yцrьk Ali Efe

Yцrьk Ali Efe (1895–1951) was a Turkish warlord in the Ottoman Empire, and an officer in the Turkish Army during the Turkish War of Independence. He was an important leader in Kuva-yi Milliye of the Aegean Region. After the declaration of republic he resigned from his office and worked as a farmer and industrialist. He was one of the last Zeybeks in Turkish history.

I like this one too. Great silhouette, well placed. The PP is on the edge, but it works. Strange that combination of 'warlord' and 'freedom', seems contradictory, but I guess that's human nature, after all.
