This is very popular Syrian meal called Fatah. It contains chickpea, ground chickpea, bread, Lemon, salt and olives oil. On the surface there are minced parsley, fried pistachio, little of oil,2 pieces of tomato and cucumber.
Anyway, it's useless to describe it you have to test it.

Hello Rafef
in Aleppo i've tasted a great soup similar to this.
It was a Fava Bean Soup, they told me it was called Fool.
An old man was preparing it in a little restaurant by mixing the various ingredients at the moment.
It was really good.
